McGuffey School District students had options for the return to school in the fall of 2020.  As a district, we continue to look at additional options for returning to full instruction in our buildings.  In an effort to obtain the information we need to continue to plan the return to school effectively, we are asking for your input on a brief survey.  Please click on the link below to complete the "October Return to School Questionnaire".  We will be using this information to guide our planning for the enrollment of students in the appropriate programming options.

 

 Please Note: The questionnaire is specific to families that attend schools in McGuffey School District.  If you have multiple children attending school in the 2020-2021, please be sure to include all of their names in one submission so we can account for all students.
