With the College Board's Advanced Placement (AP) Program, students can experience the rigors of college level courses while still in high school.  By taking AP courses, students can demonstrate to admissions officers that they they have pursued an educational experience that will help them to be successful at the college level.  

 

Each AP course concludes with a college-level exam.  Most two- and four-year colleges and universities recognize AP during the admissions process and accept successful exam scores for credit, placement, or both.  Below you will find a list of the AP courses offered at McGuffey High School with the date of the corresponding exam.

English Literature and Composition:  Wednesday, May 3, 2023 @ 8am 

Physics 1:  Thursday, May 11, 2023 @ noon 

Psychology:  Tuesday, May 2, 2023 @ noon
