Here is a free app for phones to help prepare kids for their permit exam. It offers numerous questions/topics based on the DMV actual test. It will also assess and evaluate readiness.

All males who turn 18 years of age must register with Selective Services. You may either register on-line or by picking up a registration form at any local post office.
