The development of the Future Ready Comprehensive Plan for 2022-2025 was led by members of the McGuffey School District administrative team and supported by a steering committee made up of administrators, teachers, educational specialists, paraprofessionals, parents, business representatives, and community representatives. 

The administrative planning team held numerous sessions during the course of the 2021-2022 school year to develop the initial framework for the plan and to revise the plan based on input and feedback. 

Additionally, the FRCP steering committee held three sessions during the spring of 2022. The steering committee members also received emailed updates and information and were able to provide input via email.
